In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tt789 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until eligibility is confirmed.

To access the full range of tt789 Services, you must complete the registration process and open a Member Account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. tt789 may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts or, where required, close them in accordance with applicable law. You will be notified before any action is taken.

tt789 operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) program consistent with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) standards. All games available on the tt789 platform — including slot games, live casino titles, sports betting markets, poker tournaments, and slot tournaments — are governed by the specific rules of each game or event type, as published within the relevant game interface or tournament lobby. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing any wager.
